What we do

On the tech side, we set up, troubleshoot and repair computers and laptops, printers, Wi-Fi, routers and home networks, and help with security, software, phones and smart-home devices. On the home side, we diagnose and repair refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, stoves, microwaves and air conditioners.

For customers who want ongoing help, our Captain Tech Care plans provide prepaid remote support for one, two or three years.

How we work

• Price before work. We diagnose first, quote second and repair only after you approve.
• Honest recommendations. If repairing isn't worth it, we'll tell you.
• Respect for your home and data. Tidy work areas, and we ask before accessing personal files.
• Clear, safe payments. Online orders go through our secure checkout only. We never ask for gift cards or wire transfers.
