Do plans cover home appliance repair?
No. Captain Tech Care plans cover computer and IT support. Appliance repairs are priced per job. See appliance repair.
How do I get help once I have a plan?
Call +1 855-610-0756 or email contact@captaintechusa.com with your order number. Most issues are handled through a secure remote session you approve.
Are hardware parts included?
Plans cover support and labor for covered issues delivered remotely. Replacement parts, new devices and on-site visits are quoted separately.
How do I pay?
