Order information: when you buy through our online store: contact and billing details, items ordered and order history. Card payments are processed by our store and payment providers; we do not see or store full card numbers.
Service information: notes about the problem, work performed, parts used, estimates and invoices.
Technical information: like most websites, our hosting and store providers automatically receive information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and timestamps.

We access only what's needed to fix the issue, and we ask before opening personal files. We don't keep copies of your files unless you ask us to (for example, for a backup or data transfer).

Our website itself uses minimal browser storage. The embedded online store uses cookies and local storage to keep your cart, sign-in and checkout working, and shows its own consent choices where required.
